Reboot and select proper boot device

So my of bsod then went into Windows repair failed so I tried to reset refresh reinstall Windows nothing worked I checked in bios and my sad was not in priority I finally got it back there then relaunched my pc Then I get the error reboot and select proper boot device I disconnected my hdd and disk drive and the problem still persists if I reconnect my he'd and disk drive I get a black screen with a cursor and if I use a Windows Ian I get a purple screen with a cursor been trying to fix it for ages I am mentally exhausted :(
