Re-booting Problem

Just built a computer for a mate
Motherboard Asus A7N266-VM ?PSU 350W but I am having problems with it? the computer keeps re-booting do you think it could be a duff PSU or have you any other suggestions.

we need more info, OS, how long till it reboots after initial boot, what he is doing with it at the time,

os Win98se and also tried WinMe.
It's first boot when cold all most gets in to windows then re-boots then it seems o/k also it as re-booted when burning as CD.
need help quick have spent £380 of my own money on this setup and i wont get it till its fix.

It could be almost anything - any hardware item, or even maybe software.

The only real way to find it is by substitution. Suggest RAM as a first thing to try - then PSU - Motherboard, CPU, and so on.
