Random Rebooting

Specs For The Reference:

Intel Core I5 750
Asus P7P55D LE Motherboard
Powercolor 5850 Graphics card
Corsair 750 Modular PSU

I've been looking into this problem, I'm getting these random freezes and its driving me nuts. I decided to put my thinking cap on and ran memtest which came back fine.

Then My Graphics Card was showing the BSOD with the stop error code: click here

This I googled the stop error code I have the latest graphics drivers installed so that was cool returned the graphics card back to Ebuyer today.

So at the moment I'm using my spare graphics card witch is the 4670 from my Spare Computer which I know works fine.

I'm still getting these freezing issues and now it likes to reboot. I'm very certain the PSU is playing up now.

So what do you think?
