RAM upgrade last letter of the module number

Hi, I want to upgrade my RAM. I've found a Corsair module with the part number CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10B, but my Qualified Vendors List shows that it only supports the part number without the last letter "B", i.e.: CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10. Does this RAM work on my motherboard nevertheless? What does the latter last letter "B" stand for?

What does the latter last letter "B" stand for?

It stands for "blue" which is the colour of the modules. Apart from that, the two modules you've listed are identical in every way.
