"Can't Find Server" Error with Router (extender)

So I've got three routers, one master router (that is provided by the ISP), which a TP-link router is hooked up for internet as a extender. I also plugged in an additional D-link router (this time connected to TP-link) to extend wifi range to the rest of the house, however since I connected the D-link, I've been intermittently getting "can't find server" errors from safari (this only happens when connected via wifi).

Any tips on how to fix it? I've made sure the TP-link and D-link routers do not have conflicting IP address. I can post screenshots if needed.
