Questions and help with replacing GPU

So i decided to change my gpu and i'm not sure if it will fit into my PC case, if i need some adapters or if it's even to connect to my motherboard. The GPU i want to fit in is something like nVIDIA GTX 760.

Here are my PC specs:

Available OS Memory: 7668MB RAM

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Card name: ATI FirePro V4800 (FireGL) Graphics Adapter

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM And here are photos about what is hiding in my PC case :)
