A question to all you network administrators

Hi all,
I've just been asked by my manager to investigate a problem with our company's email for him (a tad out of my job remit - but hey!). We run a Win2k System with SP3 and Outlook 2000. We keep getting the message "MS Exchange Information Store Service Terminated Unexpectedly" at which point it shuts down. I had a quick look at the MS knowledge base but to little avail. Does anyone out there have any ideas? any help GREATLY appreciated!

Close the http: space and copy/paste

It sounds like a problem with the exchange settings on your server. These sometimes get messed up and need to be re-set and/or restore the backed-up email store.

Best to ask your ICT people to have a look to be on the safe side.

Many thanks to all, knew this forum wouldnt fail me! I've fed the sugested solutions back to my manager, I dont yet know if the problem is fixed.
dth: I quite agree, my manager is the companies IT guy, but i am, what I supposed could be called a power user, and deal with certain IT bits - although any of it is out of my job spec!
I'll keep you all posted. Any other ideas still welcome!
