Ok my problem is that i am downloading a folder containg several files that can be played on a DVD. So i need to put the files on a DVD-R disc. but the problem is that the folder is like 7Gb and i only got disc of 4.6Gb of space. Now firstly can i get bigger capicity dvd-r discs. And secondly can i spilt the folder into two so i can put eth files into 2 discs and still run the 2 disc in a dvd player?

It could be done with dual layer disks and a rewriter that's compatible with the disks, which can hold up to 8.5GB.

If you can get hold of dvdshrink a freebie that will enable you to fit on a single layer or 2 discs .Most other commercial software will also do this
