I prefer Serif, but it's a handy multi platform alternative for those that don't get on with Pageplus SE. Only real drawback is the license terms, as it's for a cafe it doesn't count as non-profit home use, so RagTime Solo is ineligible. Can't see the license terms on Serif, but definitely worth checking. FAST being very unforgiving in some cases.

I asked Serif a while back about their policy regarding business use of their freebies. They stated that they had no objection, and readily gave me the code. I made a note of the call, and FAST where quite happy with it.
