Protection of Router Access

VERY simply how can I protect my Belkin router so that only I can access it. I only want to share connectionbetween desk top and lap top!

just change the routers log in details, then only you will no the passwords to access it. just make sure you remember them for future log in.

If you mean prevent unwanted guests from connecting "wirelessly", then you need to enable WEP or WPA encryption and possibly also MAC Address Filtering (so only those network adapters whose MAC address has been entered into the router's settings can access it).
