Hi.

I'm currently running windows xp pro with 1.25 gb ram and about 90gb free hard drive space.

I am attempting to install the ti software for mt ti-83 plus calculator, but keep getting the director player 6.0 error message "This program requires at least 3MB of free virtual memory to run."

I have attempted to change my virtual memory options numerous times, with my paging file size set to 1000mb minimum and maximum (note that I have also tried different file sizes but this does not work either).

Even running the software from the cd in compatibility mode does not seem to work.

Does anybody have any ideas?

I should have clarified that I have also tried limits less than 500mb.

typed > director player 6.0 error message "This program requires at least 3MB of free virtual memory to run." into google brings lots of results;

all suggest the same problem, when running large amounts of RAM, resolved by changing settings to below 384/384, some down to 200/200 in virtual RAM.

I also ran the same search before coming onto this forum; however no matter what i set my limit to I can not get it to work.

Does anybody have any ideas?
