Processor temperature

Is there a freeware utilty that will run in windows to give a processor temperature? My Athlon XP2600+(2.08 Ghz)*333FSB* has had overheating problems and shutdown temperature could be 85 90 or 95 I have added case fan and got Bios reading down to 70 but "normal" temperature suggested to be 60 to 65
