problems with web pages and graphics

  funnybone 19:51 17 Dec 2006

I find that when I manage to get on to a web page there is hardly any written words or pictures. This did not happen till my friend used it. My friend got rid of all the pop ups, but when I do get anything on a web page the words are either really tiny or very large. Could anyone tell me what has happened as she is not available now. I fixed programmes to default but the error is still not fixed. Also I tried help and support blueyonder and a message came up"system service not running". I don't even know what that means. Please help

Hi, you can change the size of print on most websites, by holding down Ctrl and then using the mouse wheel forward or backward to magnify or reduce.
