Problem with web conferencing

we are in consulting business and we need to install a web conferencing suite for our office. our clients are from wholesale business and they are not so technically informed.

i have seen with most of the system that require some softwares to be downloaded. please hlep if their are some services that donot require to download certain softwares

Nope, software is the thing that makes anything work. Try skype for starters.

i don't agree with setecio on this quote. their are product available that do not require any kind of software to be downloaded.

even i heard that youtube can also be used for same purpose.

i have used a rhubcom remote conferencing product at my client's office. rhub com device require any software to be downloaded instead they use the browser for the conferencing. that can help you and your clients
