I'm using MS Word 2010 and have my document text set out, but I have chosen a page colour for printing. However my Printer (Canon MG6851) only produces the normal white page. How do I get the Printer to print the document using the selected page colour? Thanks for any help.

Answer

Do you mean a background colour for the page, or a text colour.

if a background colour, it could prove very expensive

Click on the 'File' menu.

Now click on 'Options'

On the Display menu, click to select the 'Print background colors and images' check box under Printing Options, and then click OK .
