Problem with Norton 360v3

  penlym 20:10 08 May 2009

Installed upgrade from v2 to 360v3 (XP with SP3)and the installation went OK, however on rebooting the PC it would not run windows. Had to switch off and start with "last good start up config" only to find that Norton would not run. 4 Technicians from Nortons Chat format have not resolved this issue and I now am left using v2 which works perfectly well but I would like the enhancements in v3. Any ideas on what is causing this problem?

I had the very same problem on a laptop with XP on it would only run in safemode untill I uninstalled it but on my daughters desk top with XP no problem at all never did work out why would not run on laptop the only difference that I can think of is the laptop is XP Home and the desk top is XP Pro

I think this might be some compatibility problem on
your PC.This version is not running the protection portion properly.
more information on this you should contact to alienware repair service here
