but will put you at the top again. My memory is PC2100 and is running at 133Mhz - I thought it should run faster than that - but then I've given up thinking with this new motherboard, lol.

Do you have the sameboard as mine? ive been readin a few other forums regarding this board has alot of problems with stability. My luck!

Not the same board - mine is (since Wednesday) an Asus A7N8X Delux/Gold - am still learning about it, but if I can solve this particular problem ( if it is a problem) will let you know.

Should it not be 133/333

Is the 2100+ a 266fsb cpu
PC2700 is 333 memory

  Rayuk 16:35 02 Aug 2003

If you have PC2100 DDR 133 is right.It is actually 133 x 2 = 266

so should mine be set at 266/333?

Amd 2100+
pc2700 256 x2

Do you have the option of 133/166 for CPU/RAM as they both should be x2 but I don't know that MoBo - yet.

These are the options i have in the BIOS for the memmory settings

Mine will only run stable on 133-ddr266

AMd 2100+ and 256 Pc2700x 2

Thank you for that - although it states it's running "single channel"? - However, won't hijack Infamous's thread. Thanks anyway.

If you only have 1 stick of ram in that is right if you have 2 sticks in right banks it will state dual on post screen.

Looking again at the manual your settings should be cpu=133
memory =166

I think the 2100+ only comes with the 266fsb[133]
