A neighbour has approached me with a problem regarding redirected emails. He has a ZYNET account and 2 BT accounts. Messages to the ZYNET account are being redirected to one of the BT accounts(ZYNET have sent some traces to prove this), but the emails do not show up under the BT account (but stuff sent direct to BT does). He uses Outlook express to manage mails. I’ve looked and cannot see any firewall, anti-virus or mail settings to explain this.
Has anyone else experienced this type of problem ?
