Problem burning JPEG

  SEXYMF 13:32 23 Nov 2004

I have a well specd Time notebook, and a Lacie(Pioneer 107)external DVD burner. I can burn without problem large TIFF images but when burning JPEGs about 1 in 10 of the images are corrupted (severe colour change across half the image)I returned the burner to Lacie(original one was a NEC 4x and they replaced it with the Pioneer)but the problem is still there. The CD burner in the notebook has no problem but I need to burn to DVD. HELP PLEASE

Obviously this is not a well specd Time notebook, then.

Try burning to CD and copy from CD to DVD to try to determine where the problem may be arising. Post back with results.
