Problem with BT Broadband Installation CD

  axelbrora 20:52 18 Oct 2006

I tried installing BT Broadband on my son's computer and had a problem with the ethernet connection, winsocks etc. which is another story.

While sorting that one out I decided to get him up and running with the USB connection. I have unplugged all of the cables, uninstalled all the BT software and even deleted a few BT Broadband folders left over in Programme Files. I have removed the CD from the drive, shut the drive, and shut down the computer.

I still cannot get the CD to start from the beginning. I have tried everything and still the CD says "Welcome Back" and starts 59% of the way through where it wants to test the connection. Can anyone tell me how to start the CD from the beginning?
