Problem with "Al Suite"?

I was having trouble with my computer restarting itself every few hours and I assumed this was because I was using an evaluation copy of windows 7 that had expired. I purchased windows 7 but hadnt got round to updating it.

I little warnjing dialogue box (not standard window appearance) would appear but before I could read anything it said it dissappeared and my computer reset itself.

Since upgrading to my new Windows 7 it has not restarted itself but the same warning box comes up and it reads:

"The power button configuration has been altered. You are no longer able to enter Al Suite by pushing the power button. To enable the power button for Al Suite again, clikc the icon in the bottom right of the screen to enable this function."

I have no idea what Al Suite is and there is no icon in the bottom right that suggests it is running.

It sounds as though it is an Asus rapid share program which may have been pre loaded, can you see it in BIOS and disable it.
Sorry no other ideas.
