Printing problem

  shellship 19:03 02 May 2005

I've been adsvised to put htis one in the Helproom Forum.

About every other month my HP PSC2210 stops printing for a few seconds, then restarts but a few lines of print are then missing. I have Win XP SP2 and Word XP but it is not those as I can print on my wife's networked printer without problem. Could it be a faulty USB connection. Advice would be appreciated please.

Spuds says it might be updated driver requirement.

Hi, it would not do any harm to update the printer driver anyway. You could also try the printer in a different USB Port, strange, but this does sometimes make a difference.

or - it could just be a faulty USB lead, can you try a different lead.
