I wish to print 4 copies of a flyer on one A4 sheet. The flyer is on Word at the moment. How do I set up the page to print 4 flyers on the one page

Possibly the easiest way is to set up a 2 column, 2 row table and insert each flyer into that.

In Word make a new 4 page document - each page the same flyer

Then File/Print and set Page Range 1-4 and Pages per Sheet to 4 Pages

Then Print.

Highlight all 4 pics>>CTRL + P>>click next>>make sure all 4 pics are checked & click next>>click printing preferences and check ur paper size & texture & photo quality & preview & click ok>>click next>>on left scroll till you see all 4 pictures & click on it, on right u will see preview of how it shall be printed prividing you chose A4>>click next & hey presto !!

Of couse this is providing you have xp, maybe diffrent for vista users.

Why not start Labels, then create a Custom size label that puts four on a page. in my Corel WordPerfect 8 it comes under Format in the Menu

If you use Picasa or Windows Photo Print Wizard, templets are available to print one, two or more images on a single sheet.

Sea Urchin has the best solution, although I am Spartacus's solution would work, but would need some faffing to get the single page reduced to one cell of a table...

Hi all thanks for your tips. I have used the idea from sea urchin which works. I will note all the others and try later.

I use either one or the other depending on whether I'm also editing a photo file(s).
