Is there any way of stopping my printer from continuing to print garbage when it runs out of paper during a print job ?
On reloading with paper, it prints page after page of rubbish , and is impossible to clear or delete the job at this point. It is such a waste of paper, ink and time!
Any ideas?
Printer = Epson 460
OS = WinXP
Thanks.

The only way I am aware, its what I do when mine does the same.... is to switch off the printer, open the drivers properties window and right hand click each file in turn being printed, and select either Cancel or Delete printing job, click confirm for each and ... eventually... the folder will be clear. Then plug back in the printer......
