Print screen and auto fill in address

I recently saw ways to to do the above but have lost the articles. The print screen used the key

To make sure I understand, if you ctrl/prt scr, this copies the screen to the clipboard. You can then paste into another program such as Paint, or Notepad. You can't paste into Word unless that program is already open.

What happens if you try?

I appreciate you've seen a program (on here?), but until it's found...

I don't understand the "auto fill in address" part of this question.

As far as the second query I understand there is a programme which will automatically fill in your address when you need to fill in a form when it has been requested
