pop-up stopper-which one ?

i've dowloaded a few pop-up stoppers ,but none seems to be anywhere near fully effective.
can anybody suggest a good one (i've tried the one from panic-ware but was not impressed .
the one stipulation i have --it's got to be FREE.

Lets try and remember how it felt when realising the PCA site may not be here for ever (if it can't pay for it's self) and realise the ads are really a small price to pay :o)

Intrusive ads have been developed because of popup stoppers devaluing the less intrusive ads.............

Have you tried "PopNot" from click here , I found the best results from this one. However I've recently had a problem getting it to run, I think there's a conflict with another program and I'm struggling to get a reply from their support department despite numerous emails.
