PCI configured graphics

I have a Packard Bell PC which has a graphics card with PCI configuration. I wish to add a further graphics card as I find that my Flight Simulator 2002 won't work when set to high.
What is the cheapest and the best graphics card that I could buy.

flight sim 2002 is a bit demanding close all running programs do a defrag and disc clean up.try reducing the amount af hardware lighting effects and anti alaising.ive a redeond 9000 128 and best i get is about 30-40 fps on high settings.
