ok this is weird. my pc reboots fine but when i turn it off it wont start up. the power buttons turns on for 1.2 sec then it wont start like its tripping a fuse or overheating.so then i unplug the power cord then wait 10 secs and plug it back in and it starts up fine. pc it 4 months old duel core amd 64 i opened it up and checked for lose connections there was none. this all started when my daughter turned off my pc from the power button while pc was on.cores r running atm at 42c and 37c. any suggestions would be a great help

if you bought it take it back and get them to sort it.

Your temperatures are ok, not too hot. Though I agree with howard64 - it sounds to me like it could be a faulty PSU.
