Pc Self Rebooting

my pc seems to have a mind of it own, it reboots itself at times without any warning, i have tryed to find the cause of this and to why, but cant find any reason, i have firewall, a avg, add/spyware that all is kept uptodate and have no trace of unwanted nasty's in my pc, i have reformated twice ,made no different, can anyone tell me to why my pc reboots itself and how to stop it please, as it is coming anoying, ty,

Hi, I had a very similar problem recently, it turned out that my PSU was dying. I replaced the PSU and have had no problems since.
