Hard drive problem? Run a HD diagnostic util on it, such as HD Tune click here

Not shure but please see what virtual memory you have mines 766mb it was 144mb & my computer was shutting down after 5 mins to 20 minsafter i installed sp2i did not have the memory to cope with the download your may be same problem
Another possibility is the power supply, when overloaded it can cause the PC to reboot.
run a virus scan to make sure your system is clean click here
