PC randomly freezes with drilling/buzzing noise.

I have a new PC since 3 months. Its a big rig and i have enjoyed it everyday ever since building date. But since a week or so i have issues. Yes i have a gigabyte motherboard so i have to use APP center. but ever since it asked me to update it is freezing midgame, browsing the web or just listening to music. It hitches and makes a loud error/grinding noise. It even crashed a few times while making the extremely loud noise. "Your PC ran into a problem". I am just wondering what i could be? My Windows is updated to the latest version, I have the latest Nvidia drivers and i do not use any weird or harmful program. My Rig: Intel Core i7-8700K z370 AORUS ULTRA GAMING 2.0 GIGABYTE RTX 2080 GAMING OC 8GB G.SKILL 16GB (2x8) NZXT Kraken x62
