When using Outlook Express my friends PC keeps disconnecting and then works after 2 or 3 tries. With broadband on my machine Outlook Express just says that it failed to connect, but if Ileave it a while, it connects OK.
Could this be something to do with Norton? We both have Norton AntiVirus 2003 and he suggested it may be Norton because the problem occured after he downloaded the latest virus definitions. I also noticed the same problem after downloading the latest virus definitions. Our ISPs say there is nothing wrong their end.
