PC Crashing during gaming sessions

Recently put together a desktop computer and everything seems to be running fine. My only issue is that the system crashes after gaming for an hour or so (screen goes a series of colours and a loud buzzing noise can be heard). I thought it might be due to over heating and installed a liquid cpu cooler but the issue persists. Does anybody have any ideas what could be causing this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Specs are as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor Motherboard: MSI Z170-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 480 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply Liquid CPU Cooler: Corsair C W-9060028WW Hydro Series H45 Liquid CPU Cooler Monitor: BenQ GL2460HM 24.0" 1920x1080 60Hz Monitor
