'PC Advisor newsletter appears in plain text'

  Kanzel 16:06 29 Jan 2010

Recently the PC Advisor newsletter has started to appear as plain text. It always used to be HTML. All other HTML e-mails I receive appear OK. I'm using GMX as my mail client and they have been having a number of problems of late. But could it be something PC Advisor have changed? Anyone else having these problems?

I have already posted a query under he heading :-
'e-mails displaying in plain text'. This has produced some replies, but none that have solved this.

I am going to change my setting to receive in HTML - will post result when next newsletter received.

No, can't find anything to change, I get it in plain text too. Other emails received are some in HTLM some in plain so guess newsletter must be sent in plain. My newsletter comes via a hotmail address.

Why not contact the Forum Editor (link just at the top of your question) and ask him the question - I'm sure he would pass it on to the relevant person at PCA.

Or he may spot this thread anyway.
