Hello everyone!

I have two problems

1. I am trying to stop the PC advisor newsletter emails sending emails to one of my email account but i can't recover password for that account. Any other ideas?

2. how to delete one of my pc advisor account?

Try My Profile and untick the box for newsletters.
Then click update me and see if that works.
I have them all unticked.

I would imagine whatever account you want to delete just clear all of the boxes and press update me.

To recover your Password go to where you would normally "log-in" and there is an option below that "Forgot Password" - click on that and enter the relevant details.

Or if no further help coming maybe e-mail the FE and tell him what account you want to remove and I am sure he will do that for you
or he will explain how to do it yourself.

If need be select CONTACT at bottom of Log-in page and send an email.

I had a message from the FE yesterday in response to my question about removing an account - this was his reply

"The only way it can be done is by emailing a request to me".
