I know how to password files in say Excel but can anyone advise me how to Password Protect a whole FOLDER of say Excel files.
Right click the Folder then click on Properties and then sharing. Place a tick in the box make folder private. I take your running Windows XP
Sorry I should have said. I am running Windows 2000.I have tried your advise but the 'makr folder private' option is not there.
Has anyone any ideas on this please.
