I'm a bit of a dum dum on this sort of thing. Could somebody please tell me what the difference is between a Disk image and a
Disk copy, and which is best? As per heading I have Paragon hard disk mgr installed

A disk image is a file that consists of all data on a disk or drive click here.

If you are trying to backup your hard drive you should be making a disk image.

A disk copy is normally a reference to the act of copying data from a disk (CD/DVD) click here.

If you wish to give a copy of a CD/DVD to someone you would normally use disk copy.

but in your case I think disk copy means an exact copy of all the files and folders on the disk.

Images are used to back up a partition in case of failure and will restore it "warts and all" as per the time the image was taken.

What do you want to do exactly?
