Patso...I would be a little cautious about this and would not be in a hurry to reply to this email.
In the past I have received emails from my ISP saying something similar (actually saying they were going to disable my account). This is possibly 'spam'. I would email Panda Customer Service and ask them if they even do this. I have an email addr for this but not sure if I can put email addrs in this forum. You can find it on their site.
