I have two Hotmail/Outlook email accounts one is fine but when I go into the inbox on the other account I can only view six emails at one time the rest of the page is blank. This is my old account which does not get used much.Is there a setting I can use to change it back to how it was.Thanks.

Now, I may easily be wrong with this, so wait for confirmation.

Outlook (not the Outlook that is part of M$ Office) is not only an email address on its own account, but also a host for other email accounts.

However, once within Outlook, you need to log into each of any other email accounts, one at a time to see their content.

I sign in as usual but when I go into my inbox I can only view six emails at a time and have to keep scrolling up to view any more. There was until yesterday a whole page.I seem to remember I had this problem ages ago and I remember something about changing from or to the classical version but may be wrong

My guess is that you have accidentally changed one of the Settings, although I can't find which one

I believe changing to the classic view is not now an option. Have you checked your custom filters?
