Outlook - How can I share my calendar on a network

Is there any way I can share my 'Outlook' calendar with another person on a network?

Absolutely - otherwise there's no point. In your folder list right click <Calendar>, then select <Properties> and use the Permissions tab. You can now Add any user on the netywork, and decide what permissions you want to give - normally this would be 'Reviewer' so that they can see whats there but not make any changes.

I think xania's advice will only work if you are working in an exchange environment.

As far as I know it's just a basic school network system. Does this mean I can't do this?

Thanks very much!

If your school is using an Exchange server then yes, it not then you may need to look at a third party option. Try looking around Slipstick click here for some ideas
