Can you help a retiree in England ??
My brother is running windows 95 with explorer version 5.50.4134.0600IS, on a pentium 166 with only 2.37 hdd and 32 ram.. This is sufficient for his use and does not wish to upgreade windows.
But he has totally deleted OUTLOOK EXPRESS and i think microsoft has stopped support of this version which i think was express 5
QUESTION where can i obtain outlook express for him... ANYBODY got a copy in uk ? or recommend site for old software... Does outlook express stand alone from Internet explorer ? or would it be necessary to download a version of that?

Just download IE 6, and it will install Outlook express 6, which is more secure anyway.

you should be able to d/load oe from microsft update site and depending on your connection i believe it can stand alone from explorer.

Or get IE6 from a PCA cover disk and install it from that.
