My Outlook Express has started to take approx 1/2 mins to boot up. I have tried a new installation and several dates for system restore. System restore always finishes by tellig me it is unable to restore to the specific date.Can anyone help with Outlook Express? Thanks

There are at least three possibilities, two involving corrupt files in Outlook Express and the other concerns a conflict with McAfee Virus scan. Have a look at Microsoft Knowledgebase article Q235300, which shows you how to replace those iffy files.
