Outlook Express Problem again

I am running Wanadoo Anytime, XP Home.
At more frequent intervals, I am having a problem with Outlook Express.
All goes well opening e-mails and sending replies until suddenly, a message pops up saying I cannot open an e-mail because "the memory is full".
Well it patently isn't full and what usually happens then is that the system locks up and won't do anything and I have to crash out of the session.
Any ideas?

This is frequently the cause of this problem.

Your mail is being saved on your server rather than being deleted as you download.

They will probably delete mail over, say, 30 days old, which is why you sometimes can and sometimes not.

How to change this setting. I can't remember, so you'll have to dig around a bit, or wait until someone comes up with the answer.

If you can recall what the solution is to the storage of deleted e-mails on the server, It would be appreciated

On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

Click the e-mail account, and then click Properties.

Click the Advanced tab, and then untick Leave a copy of messages on server.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
