Outlook Express on a network

I have recently networked 2 home computers and set up separate Outlook Express email addresses on each. My problem is, incoming mail is sent to whoever opens Outlook Express first, regardless of who it is addressed to.My partner gets all my mail as well as her own and I get hers as well as my own.

I only recently changed ISPs from BT to Wanadoo. It didn't happen with BT.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards

Brian

Don't know specifically about Wannadoo, but it looks like both OEs are set up to download all mail accounts. Maybe the Wannadoo set up disk does this by default. Is is possible to set up OE on each machine with just the relevant account via the tools options menu?

A Wanadoo email address looks something like

[email protected]

It is the 'somewhere' element that needs to be unique to allow a second email address, a name change does not achieve this in itself.

[email protected]

should solve your problem
