Outlook Express 6 error

  Bennythejet 14:09 24 May 2003

Just had Outlook pop up with this:

The instruction at "0x77f52109" referenced memory at "0x009a4ea8". The memory could not be "written".

What the heck does that mean? It's only the second time I have used it as it's a new computer and I am a bit worried that it's reporting errors already.

Can someone tell me what it means?

I have a strong feeling it is to do with Outlook and outlook express. I removed Outlook and the "Freeserve" dialler kit at the same time, this has cured the problem, but I'm not sure which of the latter two was causing Express to behave this way.

Thanks for the info, read the link and non of the files were read-only, including the hidden ones, and the problem is still there. I will keep trying though.
