Outlook Express

A while ago I was downloading my emails when we had a very short power cut which shut my computer down, now I can't download emails or delete any that are already there, now if I uninstall outlook and then install it will that cure if so what do I need to do to get back on line to recieve emails, and by uninstalling it will it affect Internet explorer.

If you dont have a Surge Protector on your computer equipment, now is a good time to invest.

You could try and select the "repair Internet Explorer" option by going for add/remove in control panel.

I you have problems with your email being stuck, I would call you ISP as they control the server/s.

You also didn't mention which Windows, Iexx or ISP you have.
