Outlook 2007 Ribbon Changed

  shaunmark 20:41 06 Apr 2010

I'm currently trying to sort out an annoyance for a coworker involving Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. It appears his Ribbon in Outlook and especially when creating a new message has changed. It looks as if it's reverted to an older style, and even the Microsoft logo in the top corner has turned to 4 black hollow squares instead of 4 colored squares. I guess it may have happened when changing display settings, except he hasn't changed anything (supposedly). I'd just rollback his system but it was disabled before this event occurred. Is there a shortcut to change the look of the ribbon, a setting somewhere I'm missing? I've tried editor options and color schemes and it has no effect. It's Service Pack 1. Thanks for any replies.

I am unable to replicate this. Re-boot system?

Rebooting did not work. If there is a way to add a screenshot here I will, it's such an oddball issue

Doing a repair with the original disc should sort it, I had outlook go berserk once too.
