Outlook 2003 problems

  RachelC 14:14 20 Oct 2007

Every time I open Outlook I have to accept the end user agreement. I then have to do this each time I send an e-mail. Also, I cannot get my signature to send on replies.I do know how to set this up and it is set up correctly in the signature picker section to add on new and return/forward e-mails. E-mails are set to go out in HTML.

The laptop is running Vista and I think it may have something to do with that, maybe there are some permissions I can turn off?

Any help gratefully recieved.

Just a shot in the dark....

Try right-clicking on the Outlook shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator". Accept the end user agreement and send a couple of emails. Close the program and then re-open it and see if you still get the problem.

It seems to be worth trying this in Vista if there are problems of this sort.

I've found a Microsoft article about this but it involves editing the registry. click here
