Outlook 2002 preview image attachments

  Teasle 19:00 14 May 2007

I have recently changed from using Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. I notice that any images that have been sent or received as attachments do not show up at the bottom of the email as they did in Outlook Express.
I liked this feature of OE. Is there anything I can do to restore this feature?
PS I do have my emails scanned for virus)

To insert an image inline in an email with Outlook:

* Compose a message using HTML formatting.
* Put the cursor where you want the image to appear in the body of your message.
* Select Insert | Picture... from the menu.
* Use the Browse... button to locate the desired picture.
o If your image is larger than some 640x640 pixels, consider shrinking it to more handy proportions.
* Click OK.

I'm not sure that you can view picture attachments from received e-mails as in OE. I think that this is for security reasons.

Thank you for responding.
I guess it is as Woolwell suggests and not possible because of secutity reasons :(.
