I am using Outlook 2000 and Mailwasher under Win XP. Often, I will check mail using washer, and press the 'Process' button, which should start Outlook and download the e-mails. However, nothing happens, and, checking the processes in Task Manager shows at least 2 instances of Outlook already running - one with a memory usage of 13k - 15k, and the others having usage of around 1.7k. I assume that Outlook is just not closing completely after previous use but how do I stop this happening?

All ideas welcome

Regards
